Job Summary:
Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Fort Worth, Texas! We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to support the efficient operations of our state-of-the-art distribution center. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will be a key player in our logistics network, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Safety is our utmost priority; all associates must strictly adhere to safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory within the distribution center.
  • Pick customer orders accurately using scanning equipment.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Perform regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Contribute to the efficient flow of goods within the logistics chain.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
