Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations and protocols.
- Ensure mandatory use of PPE by all team members.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock management.
- Manage warehouse equipment and supplies.
- Resolve operational issues and discrepancies promptly.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring PPE compliance.
- Ability to handle occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
