This position requires analytical skills, proficiency with inventory management software, and the ability to work independently. You will collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve inventory issues and improve processes. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Generate reports on inventory accuracy and status.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams on inventory-related matters.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role.
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the use of PPE.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
