This position requires analytical skills, proficiency with inventory management software, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
  • Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
  • Generate reports on inventory accuracy and status.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams on inventory-related matters.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role.
  • Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the use of PPE.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
