We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to handle various warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic environment where efficiency and accuracy are key. We prioritize a safe and healthy workplace, requiring all team members to adhere to strict safety protocols and use designated PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and with precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are included and correctly labeled.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse projects.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
