You will be looking at building a pipeline and winning work form main contractors, developers, architects and structural engineers.
With a strong pipeline and confirmed projects for 2026 and 2027 they are now looking to expand their commercial team with a new Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive business growth throughout the South of the UK.
This is a home and field based role covering Midlands to the the South of England with regular travel to customer sites and be present at industry events.
Open to sector experience, any building solution into the sector and being compliant with the Building safety act, ie Building Envelope, Facades, Insulation, Framing Solutions etc.
The Role
Convert and grow an existing pipeline while generating new business
Build relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and engineers
Influence projects at pre-planning, design, and pre-tender stages
Manage the full sales cycle and secure contracts
Deliver presentations, CPDs, and proposals
Work with a strong design, estimating, and senior team for support
About You
Proven success in construction sales or business development
Commercially driven, confident negotiator, and closer
Comfortable selling technical or engineered solutions
Package
£60,000 basic salary
Performance-related bonus / commission
Hybrid or Electric company car
