Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Sales Representative located in Sevenoaks. Responsibilities include managing incoming sales inquiries, processing orders, maintaining positive customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. You will address client needs, identify opportunities to upsell, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with clients and ensuring their requirements are met efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Inside Sales and Account Management
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Order Processing and understanding sales workflows
Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain relationships effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in a similar field is advantageous
