As a Guest Services Associate, you'll be one of the first and last people our guests interact with. Your role is to make sure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and taken care of—from check-in to check-out. If you enjoy meeting new people, solving small problems, and creating positive experiences, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out
- Answer guest questions and provide information about the property and local area
- Handle reservations, room requests, and basic administrative tasks
- Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk area
- Deliver a consistent, friendly, and professional guest experience
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Ability to stay calm and professional in busy situations
- Basic computer skills (booking systems experience is a plus)
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Flexible availability, including weekends or holidays if needed
- Supportive and respectful work environment
