Dishwasher

Biltmore Forest Country Club dishwashers are an essential part of our kitchen's success and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

· Wash all dishes, utensils, and glassware using a dishwashing machine or by hand

· Polish silverware, platters, and chafing dishes when needed

· Collect and dispose of kitchen trash, ensuring garbage cans are clean and re-lined

· Assist with food preparation, storing, receiving, and stocking as needed

· Handle all dishware carefully to minimize breakage

· Continuously inspect and maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen areas

· Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks

Qualifications:

· Ability to follow instructions willingly and accurately

· Punctuality and dependability are essential

· Must be polite, courteous, and safety-conscious

· Must pass a criminal background check

Working Conditions:

· Mostly indoor work with regular stooping and bending

· Requires standing for long periods and lifting over 40 lbs

· Exposure to various cleaning chemicals, fumes, and noise

· Weekend and Holiday work is required as needed
