Team Select Home Care

Team Select Home Care is seeking a compassionate, professional Overnight CNA to support our exclusive Concierge Program in the Paradise Valley area. This position offers one-on-one care in a home setting, ensuring each client receives exceptional service with dignity, comfort, and independence.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• 7 days a week
• Coverage Pause: No shifts needed Dec 23–26

About the Role

The client is largely independent with personal care needs and manages bathing, toileting, and mobility without hands-on assistance. Overnight care focuses primarily on safety monitoring and supportive presence. The client may awaken several times during the night to use the restroom and uses a CPAP device. The caregiver will provide reassurance, standby support, and ensure a safe, calm environment throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care as needed, including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and toileting
• Assist with light housekeeping, simple meal preparation, and routine daily living activities
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and attentive safety monitoring
• Communicate promptly and professionally with supervisors, families, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of care delivered
• Deliver exceptional service consistent with Team Select's Concierge standards

Requirements

• Active Arizona CNA license
• Current TB test
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to overnight shifts
• Home-care or private-duty experience preferred (not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
