As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the face of our company and our clients, greeting and speaking with prospective customers, understanding their needs, presenting products/services, and guiding them through to purchase or next steps. Your Customer Service Representative role involves both customer service and sales responsibilities. The Customer Service Representative will help drive value for our clients by providing a polished, helpful, and results-driven customer experience.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage prospective customers in person with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Understand clients' offerings thoroughly, answer questions about services or products, and explain features and benefits clearly.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services or solutions.
  • Assist customers through the sales process, from first contact to purchase or sign-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Provide support with resolving customer questions or concerns, and coordinate with internal teams where necessary to fulfill customer requests.
  • Pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that benefit the customer and client.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Customer Service Representative colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations and consistently high-quality service.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales ideally with in-person, client-facing interactions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to connect with diverse customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Problem-solving skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Comfort using computers and basic office/CRM software to manage customer records, orders, and follow-ups.
  • A customer-first attitude and drive to meet or exceed sales and service goals.
  • Flexibility and willingness to support different clients and adapt to varying workflows and contexts.

Pay: $42, $51,517.64 per year
