Role Description

Baalmann & Co. is seeking a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent to join our team in Wichita, KS. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing site activities, coordinating with various teams, enforcing safety protocols, and monitoring progress to achieve project objectives efficiently. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage workers and address challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices
• Strong Organization and Planning Skills to ensure workflow efficiency
• Experience with Budgeting and cost control strategies
• Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to oversee schedules and deliverables
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Punctuality, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety
• Previous experience in supervising residential construction or renovation projects is a plus
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as required
