About Us:

The Tackle Box is a locally owned fishing tackle and bait shop located in Marathon, Florida. We provide high-quality fishing gear, live and frozen bait, rods, reels, apparel, and expert local fishing advice to both recreational and professional anglers. Our business is built on strong customer relationships, product knowledge, and a passion for the Florida Keys fishing community. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web platforms.

• Create, proofread, and manage marketing content, promotional materials, and brand messaging.

• Lead brand outreach, client engagement, and partnership initiatives.

• Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.

• Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and promotional events.

• Maintain and organize marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Associate's degree with experience also considered).

• Proven organizational and project management skills.

• Proficiency in social media platforms, MS Office, and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

• Previous marketing experience preferred, but motivated candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $ $55.35 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
