Hours

Monday through Thursday. Our office is closed on Friday.

Duties

• Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate smooth patient intake processes
• Measure and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration
• Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures such as medication administration and X-ray preparation
• Maintain detailed documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including patient histories, and treatment notes
• Support physicians by preparing examination rooms and maintaining efficient work flow

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medication administration protocols
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in outpatient settings
• Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across diverse populations
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings l

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week
