Carpenter

StanCraft Construction Group is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our growing construction team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial construction projects and are looking for a craftsman who takes pride in their work, values safety, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

• Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, trim, decking, and custom woodwork
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Work closely with superintendents and other trades to meet project schedules
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Follow all StanCraft safety policies and OSHA regulations

• Previous carpentry experience required
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Experience in high-end custom construction
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
