Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring upkeep of our properties and handling daily work order repairs. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing routine maintenance, and executing repairs with precision. Part-Time: Flexible with days/hours

Full-Time: Mon-Friday 9-5pm

Pay Range: The hourly pay rate is based on experience. If you have your own tools, that is taken into consideration when discussing the pay rate.

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of the property grounds & units to identify issues before they escalate.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Handle property maintenance projects, unit turns and address tenant maintenance repair needs, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times

Experience

• Skilled in plumbing and electrical experience repairs (not required, but a plus)
• Supervising or leadership experience in maintenance teams is preferred
• Strong communication skills for clear documentation and team collaboration
