Job Description:

Manages case management efforts, ensuring timely resolution of compensation-related inquiries and issues. Conducts job evaluations and market pricing to determine appropriate compensation levels including determination of appropriate FLSA status. Collaborates with HR business partners and leaders to address compensation-related concerns and provide guidance. Develops and maintains job descriptions and job architecture for assigned markets. Processes compensation-related transactions accurately and efficiently to meet service level agreement (SLA) targets. Communicates pay structure design, pay grades, and pay decisions in alignment with compensation policies and budgetary guidelines. Participates in compensation surveys and conducts research on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends. Analyzes compensation data to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. Reviews and approves compensation changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Prepares reports and documentation related to compensation transactions and case management activities. Provides training and support to team members on compensation processes and best practices. Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

$60, $111,886.39
