What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one support that may include meal prep, shopping, medication assistance, community outings, or personal care—depending on each client's needs. You'll help people reach goals, stay active, and live more independently.

Opportunities for Every Level

Pay rates vary by shift. Premium hours (8 a.m.–12 a.m.) pay higher than standard overnight hours (12 a.m.–8 a.m.).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Driver's license held for at least 3 years
• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance
• Pass background check and drug test (we pay)
• CPR and First Aid certification before hire (we pay)
