We are seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to serve in our Salem, VA.

Job Summary

Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse position starting between $27-$33 per hour DOE with generous benefits package in Virginia. Monday – Thursday, 10hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse in Virginia
• Computer literacy, including knowledge of software applications and familiarity with MS Office, electronic health records, internet, and mobile applications
• A friendly personality with good people skills including team collaboration
• Excellent written communication skills
• Infusion Experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and medication management.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their treatment process.
• Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing skills.
• Assist in emergency situations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Virginia.
• Proven experience in IV infusion administration.
• Strong background in patient care and nursing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
