Responsibilities
- Greet visitors professionally and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate transportation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and organizing files
- Maintain a professional appearance of the reception area and ensure all office equipment functions properly
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries confidently
- Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
- Ability to manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and time management efficiently
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is advantageous but not required
- Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience can enhance your fit for this role
