Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to restaurant standards for presentation and quality.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area throughout service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any guest concerns.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive guest relations.
• Uphold high standards of service in accordance with protocols and restaurant policies.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and an understanding of guest relations are advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration within the restaurant staff.

No experience necessary, willing to train.

2 shifts available -

Morning shift 11am-5:30pm
Night shift 5pm-closing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
