Duties

• Operate and maintain various types of machinery including injection molding, stamping presses, and flexo presses.
• Perform trimming operations to ensure products meet quality specifications and deburring excess material on products
• Use sanders
• Paint raw product to consumer liking
• Make sure product is to quality specifications
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly lines to meet production goals.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
• Utilize hand tools and basic math skills for assembly and fabrication tasks.
• Participate in quality control processes to maintain high standards of production output.
• Repetitive use of hands and lifting
• Will be working with chemicals
• Package and prepare product for shipment

Qualifications

• Capable of learning air tool operation ( sander, grinder, paint gun, etc.)
• Capable of learning hand tool operation ( drills, scrappers, hammer, etc.)
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Be able to lift 30lbs with assistance
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Computer skills are helpful
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to work individually and as a team
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to work overtime, including 10 hours and weekends when required
