Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in market analysis, sales strategies, and project management, with proficiency in software tools such as Salesforce for effective customer relationship management. EXPERIENCE WITH GETTING JANITORIAL CLEANING CONTRACTS IS A PLUS.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales performance and achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Prepare reports on market trends, competitive landscape, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Lead project management initiatives related to business development efforts.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to analyze trends effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with the capability to think critically about business opportunities.
