Personal Care Assistant

Job Summary

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide patient observation and monitor vital signs to ensure health and safety
• Administer medication following care plans and HIPAA guidelines
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs, including cooking and feeding assistance
• Utilize specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts and resident lifts to safely
