Retail Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through engaging interactions. You will assist customers in finding the right products, ensuring a positive shopping experience while representing our company values.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
• Operate the POS system and cash register accurately to process transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate promotions, sales, and new arrivals to customers effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and cash registers.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new products and services.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
