Class 1 Driver

Oakpark Powerline Services is seeking a Class 1 Driver. The driver will be supporting the company's construction operations performing day trips delivering equipment and material to various jobsites.

Job Duties:

• Operation of Class 1 vehicle with End Dump, Tandem and Low Bed trailers
• Load, unload and secure a variety of heavy equipment
• Load, unload and secure material, including: Hydro poles, wire, conduit and aggregates
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform daily vehicle inspections
• Operate an ELD and comply with Cycle 1 HOS
• Knowledge of hours of service regulations

Requirements:

• Class 1 license, 4 years of experience
• Acceptable Driver's Abstract
• Able to work independently
• This position will work both locally and long haul within Canada .

The successful candidate will be required to pass a criminal record check
