Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale residential projects, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise residential construction projects, including basements, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, siding, gutters, garages, additions, hardscapes, and landscapes.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
• Obtain permits and ensure compliance with all local building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential construction project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of residential building processes, materials, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in Milwaukee, WI.

Pay: $60, $100,000.00 per year
