What You'll Do:

- Provide 1:1 pediatric speech therapy across:

• Receptive & expressive language
• Articulation & fluency
• Feeding/swallowing (if you like this area)

• AAC (augmentative and alternative communication)

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, play-based treatment plans

• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and feeding therapists in a highly supportive environment

• Mentor and support SLPAs and Clinical Fellows as part of our team-based model

• Participate in leadership initiatives as we continue to grow (optional but encouraged)

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregivers

Flexible Scheduling That Fits Your Life

We welcome traditional Monday–Friday 9-6 schedules, but also offer alternative options like:

• 5-day traditional work week
• 4-day work weeks with 10-hour shifts
• Split schedules such as some full days and shorter days
• Saturday availability for those who prefer weekends or want to increase earnings — Saturday sessions earn an additional $10 per billable hour

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed SLP in California (REQUIRED)
• CCC from ASHA (REQUIRED)
• Experience in Pediatrics preferred
• Strong interest in collaborative, interdisciplinary care
• Newer therapists with the right mindset and drive are also welcome
