Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing and carpentry tasks
• Erect metal buildings, including steel framing and metal stud framing, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with safety standards
• Construct concrete forms for foundations, walls, and other structures, coordinating with concrete finishing teams for seamless execution
• Install rebar reinforcement within concrete forms to strengthen structural elements
• Perform masonry work such as stucco, siding, plastering, and restoration projects to enhance building durability and aesthetics
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely and efficiently across various construction sites
• Execute roofing, siding, trim carpentry, and remodeling tasks with attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to support team productivity while maintaining safety protocols
• Follow construction management plans and schematics to ensure project specifications are met on time and within scope
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies

Experience

• Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on framing or carpentry roles
• Skilled in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, roofing, siding, and drywall finishing
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for precise project execution
• Hands-on experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding machinery
• Knowledge of construction management principles and safety standards on active job sites
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper technique for safety and efficiency
• Strong background in woodworking, trim carpentry, stucco application, restoration work, and remodeling projects is highly desirable
