Customer Service Representative

SRW Products is currently seeking a personable and well-organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

**Hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST**

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily phone operations; answering, transferring calls to the correct department and call resolution.
• Provide shipping freight quotes to Customers and Sales Team.
• Locate and resolve lost and damaged freight.
• Order entry
• Provide order status and tracking information to the customer.
• Match up and look over end of day paperwork.
• Maintain filing system.
• Must multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment with competing demands and changing priorities.
• Process payments via over the phone or in person.
• Mailings
• Maintain customer database by inputting invoices, purchase orders, bill back data.
• Resolves orders and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, notifying managers and customers.
• Maintains CRM by inputting customer profile and updates, preparing and distributing monthly reports.
• Provide customer service to our customers and prospects.
• Additional Daily Department functions.

Requirements:

• High School Degree
• Microsoft Office experience
• Data entry or order entry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
