Site Reliability Engineer – Trading Systems

We're hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical trading systems. This role combines strong software engineering in Python with deep expertise in containerization and Kubernetes, supporting low-latency, high-availability production environments.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain reliability tooling and automation in Python
• Operate and scale containerized platforms using Kubernetes in production
• Improve system observability, monitoring, and incident response practices
• Partner with developers, traders, and infrastructure teams to improve resilience and performance

What we're looking for

• Strong Python development skills with a software-engineering mindset
• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes and containerized workloads at scale
• Solid Linux fundamentals and understanding of distributed systems

Nice to have

• Experience supporting trading or other latency-sensitive systems
• Familiarity with cloud and on-prem hybrid environments
• Exposure to CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, or performance tuning
