Compensation Package:

• Per Visit: $55 – $60 per completed visit (rate varies experience)
• Drive Time: $25 per hour
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile
• Productivity Bonus: Earn additional incentives based on performance
• Documentation Bonus: Reward for timely submission of documentation

Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you will provide in-home physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician's plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, restore function, and improve mobility.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training,
