Team Lead - Insurance Broker (Cranbrook, BC)
You have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals and targets.
Here is what a typical day looks like
· Coach and mentor your team with the guidance and support of your manager
· Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance
· Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements, while ensuring your teams client activities are dealt with effectively
· Conduct sales calls and up-sell products to new and existing clients to contribute to the growth of the business
· Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
· Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses
The value you bring
· General Insurance Level 2 License required
· History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices
· Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment
· Involvement in industry related associations and your community
· Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
Hours: Full-time, permanent hours/week
Location: Cranbrook, BC
Salary Range: $61,000 - $71,000

Candidates must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday as part of the regular schedule
