About the opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Manager Client Services. Reporting to the Director, Client Services, the Client Services Manager will manage the overall success of a key account with OSL. With a focus on sales success, people development and operational excellence, you will collaborate with external partners and internal department heads to ensure the program exceeds revenue targets and efficient operations. As a main point of contact for one of our clients, you will have key relationships but also develop strategies to ensure OSL maintains strong connections at all levels and functions of the business.

What you're responsible for:

  • Own client relationship management on behalf of OSL with a key account, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continuous engagement
  • Participate in the planning, budgeting, and P&L management
  • Manage, mentor, and support a team of Client Services professionals, providing guidance and fostering an environment of growth and collaboration
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and maximizing mutual growth opportunities
  • Provide cross-functional leadership and support across internal teams, ensuring alignment between departments
  • Work closely with executive leadership to ensure operational excellence in the program, ensuring program delivery meets company standards
  • Identify areas to expand existing relationships and engagements
