About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Enterprise Content Manager to join our team. The Content Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our resource platforms, databases, and other content systems. This position focuses on ensuring efficient content management processes, maintaining content accuracy, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive impactful content strategies Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Content Management Routine:
    • Create and maintain a cross-functional routine for the ongoing management and maintenance of content.
    • Streamline processes to ensure the efficient flow of content updates.
  • Content Upload and Database Maintenance:
    • Regularly update and organize content in the database.
    • Ensure that all content is accessible, up-to-date, and in line with organizational standards.
  • Access Management:
    • Control user permissions and manage access to content.
    • Implement protocols to safeguard content integrity and security.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Monitor content usage and feedback.
    • Generate performance reports and key analytics to measure content effectiveness.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner with other departments, including Learning & Development (L&D), Sales, Marketing and Commercial, to update and improve content.
    • Serve as the liaison to align content strategies with organizational goals.
  • Quality Control:
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and quality of all content.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in content management, database maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report content performance.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and database tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
