We are hiring motivated Warehouse Workers for our Virginia Beach, Virginia facility. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and putting away stock, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. A strong commitment to safety and the ability to work effectively in a team are crucial for success. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against documentation.
- Sort and place stock in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Pick products accurately based on order sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and stocktaking.
- Follow all established logistics procedures and instructions.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks within the logistics flow.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
