Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by analyzing data and records.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) to minimize obsolescence and waste.
- Process inventory adjustments and transfers within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor inventory levels and report on stock status to management.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to optimize space and facilitate picking.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the broader logistics team by providing accurate inventory data.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and WMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting as needed.
- Knowledge of logistics principles and supply chain operations.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards.
