We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our operations in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks related to the storage, movement, and processing of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of working efficiently in a dynamic environment and following instructions accurately. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but training will be provided. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all team members to adhere to our comprehensive safety procedures. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely.
- Load and unload trucks for outgoing and incoming shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies, including strict safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all instructions related to warehouse operations and logistics.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics operations.
