Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against orders.
- Organize and stock merchandise in the warehouse.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product safety during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control tasks and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
