We are hiring for a Fulfillment Associate position in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is critical to our supply chain and logistics success, focusing on the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount, and all associates are expected to follow strict safety guidelines and wear required PPE. This position demands physical stamina, including consistent bending, reaching, and Lifting. Candidates must be comfortable with Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order details.
- Pack products using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Process outbound shipments and prepare necessary documentation.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety procedures.
- Wear provided PPE as mandated by job function.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles and warehouse Safety.
