We foster a strong culture of Safety, and all team members are expected to follow established procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times. This physically demanding role requires regular bending, stooping, and Lifting. You should be comfortable with Lifting up to 50 pounds. We provide comprehensive training, so prior experience is not mandatory, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick orders according to specifications.
- Pack orders securely for transport.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required PPE consistently.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to perform frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Experience with logistics operations is a plus.
