We are seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our logistics hub, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods are handled with care and accuracy. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with order fulfillment. Your primary goal will be to contribute to the smooth flow of operations within the warehouse, upholding our commitment to timely and accurate deliveries. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical tasks. We prioritize safety above all else, and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The role involves frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the logistics industry. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Organize warehouse space for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Report any damaged goods or safety hazards immediately.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
