We are hiring Warehouse Workers for our facility in Richmond, Virginia. This role is integral to our logistics and supply chain operations, involving a range of tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, and packing goods. You will contribute to the efficient movement of inventory and ensure orders are processed accurately. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory on warehouse shelves.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Must wear required PPE.
