We are hiring Picker/Packers for our busy warehouse in Dallas, Texas. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from inventory and preparing them for shipment to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanning equipment.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product safety.
- Verify order accuracy and quantities against customer orders.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory flow.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must wear designated PPE.
