As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and that customer orders are processed accurately and on time. You will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing various warehouse equipment and adhering to strict **Safety** protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and stock inventory in designated locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Follow all **PPE** requirements and **Safety** procedures.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse **Logistics** flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to adhere to all **Safety** regulations and wear **PPE**.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** processes is advantageous.
