We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Miami, Florida. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves, accurately counting and verifying products, and carefully packaging them for shipment. This role is vital to our supply chain operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will work in a fast-paced environment, often managing multiple orders simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this position. We provide all necessary training to ensure you are well-equipped to handle the tasks at hand. Your dedication will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Verify picked items against order requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages with shipping information and tracking details.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Meet established performance standards for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and labels.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform the required **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE**, including safety vests and gloves.
- Commitment to **Safety** protocols in a **Logistics** environment.
