- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and condition before packing.
- Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Process and label shipments for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners and packing stations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality metrics.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Support other fulfillment and warehouse operations as required.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure efficient handling of all goods within the logistics framework.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime when necessary.
