Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and ensuring the efficient flow of inventory. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of our logistics team, contributing directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and speed. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE .
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory verification.
- Support the overall logistics operations of the facility.
- Perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and lifting of merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring regular standing, bending, and lifting .
- Understanding and commitment to workplace safety .
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
- Willingness to adhere to PPE requirements.
