Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado . This role is vital for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, reconciling inventory records, and implementing procedures to minimize stock variances. Your work will directly support efficient logistics operations and prevent stockouts or overages. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and committed to upholding rigorous standards of accuracy and safety .
Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts of warehouse inventory.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Reconcile inventory records with physical stock.
  • Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stock issues.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Ensure proper organization and storage of inventory.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
  • Assist with physical inventories and audits.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and logistics .
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with RF scanners and other inventory tools.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring some physical exertion, including occasional Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
