We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in San Jose, California. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include general labor tasks such as receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily operational goals and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions effectively. Experience with basic warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. We prioritize employee safety and require all team members to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves frequent Lifting of packages up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Join our growing team and be a vital part of our supply chain!
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is preferred.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
