Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, contributing directly to our logistics capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Unload and process incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment as trained and authorized.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and common areas.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking procedures.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an advantage.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout the shift.
- Capability for frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Willingness to wear designated PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
